Two-room attic redo in Mount Vernon: hung ~37 sheets of 1/2" drywall over fresh spray-foam insulation across 17 wall planes, a flat front-room ceiling, and the sloped knee and gable ceiling planes. Taped and finished to a plaster-smooth Level 4, then primed and painted throughout — paint and materials supplied by Ovation. Built and installed a custom 11'4" painted built-in bookshelf to match the walls, and hauled away all debris at close.
